Bud McKenzie is an alternative hip hop group hailing from Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The group describes themselves as a melting pot of musical genres. Uniquely blending hip hop, rock, 70s funk, horror core, reggae and electronic music to create a sound seductively foreign to the average listeners ears. The group consisting of three members formed back in 2006 during their senior year of high school. Since this time they have gone on to record over seven albums and developed a loyal local following. The group is as follows: Bcam – Vocals, Juice - Vocals and Jeff Miles - Producer. Everyone who hears Bud McKenzie is treated to a very diverse music experience upon listening to each album. The thing that sets Bud McKenzie apart is their broad range of musical appreciation. Nothing is taboo or off limits. They make music which defies a label or categorization.
