BSIX is a Hip Hop group formed by emcees Jermaine "JB Gudda" Brooks from the Bronx and Adonis "Trip" Williams from Staten Island boroughs of New York City. They met each other through a mutual friend while serving in the U.S. Army and collaborated for a song from JB Gudda's "From the B.X. to Baghdad" mixtape. After witnessing the work ethic, professionalism and overall chemistry they shared...future joint projects were inevitable and thus BSIX was born! The group name derives from the initials of their respective hometowns (BX-SI); and though both emcees represent NYC, they each bring their own uniqueness and identity to the group. So whether you're drawn by the visual images painted by Gudda's witty wordplay or the depth of passion in Trip's verbal volley, one thing is certain...BSIX is Hip Hop!
