Happy New Year you guys!!! 2021 has finally arrived bringing with it a host of brand new dreams and possibilities and of course some hot new music. I wanted to kick off the year with a brand new "Vinyl Sessions" featuring some funky brand new tunes sprinkled with a few classics. I even got a chance to squeeze in one of my all time favorite Soulful House songs: "Elevator (goin' up) by Louie Vega and Monique Bingham. Man, I love that tune! I once saw King Britt play an all vinyl set maybe 15 years ago or so in Atlanta and KB's tunes basically told a musical story throughout the night. He definitely took us on a "musical ride" that night, its funny because I always think about that amazing set when I'm putting together some vinyl.
